I have gotten the med students I teach at East TN St. Univ. in a Case Oriented Learned course to agree to meet in the 'hoods where we can do walking audits...would love to turn them in to walking workshops with community planning/public works staff or elected officials with us. Might just get the swing vote on the chickens in the city issues to come with us.
